Sandra is considered a pioneer in the field of marketing and helped define the field of customer relationship marketing.

Her diverse background in consulting, database marketing, advertising, retail and business management has given her the vision to understand the impact relationship marketing has on a company — and the skills to implement that vision. She was instrumental in developing the five-step process CCG uses to create programs that consistently deliver results, and she remains hands-on in managing the company.

In addition to keeping abreast of the core industries covered by CCG, Sandra continues to refine the agency’s consulting process and make an even greater impact on each client’s bottom line. Her results-driven attitude is reflected in CCG’s ability to combine the strategic and tactical to create programs that work in the real world.

Sandra is a frequent speaker on the topics of relationship marketing and developing customer-centric policies, lecturing at national and international marketing conferences including the Direct Marketing Association, Direct Marketing Days New York, National Database Marketing Conference and the Retail Advertising and Marketing Association’s Retail Advertising Conference. Additionally, Sandra consults with private businesses on the creation and implementation of database marketing programs.

Paul’s 35+ years of experience includes a significant amount of time on the client side.

Knowing first-hand what businesses go through on a day-to-day basis makes him a natural — and uncompromising — advocate for his CCG clients.

On the agency side, Paul has implemented multi-million-dollar B2C and B2B campaigns. Loyalty programs, brand positioning, mass media, direct mail, interactive work … Paul has seen and developed it all.

A Chicago native, Paul began his career as a broadcast journalist. That background gave him the foundation that still drives him today: To produce campaigns that truly connect with audiences.

With more than three decades in direct and digital marketing, Becky has been driven to make an impact with conceptual ideas, engaging design, functional coding, strong project management and proactive leadership.

She thrives on using data and demographics to create relevant communications in both digital and print communications that achieve maximum results.

When not designing compelling campaigns herself, she’s directing other CCG designers and developers to take their projects to the next level. The CCG digital team integrates data, design principles and web/email compliance best practices in coding and development to create engaging communications that align with our clients’ brand and objectives.
