Universal Studios wanted a way to attract visitors worldwide to their exciting theme park. The Internet seemed like the logical medium to get around the world with lightning speed. But with that ease and speed comes a line of competition longer than the line at the Back to the Future ride. So we set out to blast past the competition and take the whole park and compress it into an eye-popping thrill ride. We hoped to reinforce Universal as a world-class destination resort.

Universal created the original park; we remade it on a virtual plane. The site entices viewers to visit the park by giving them a virtual tour and a Universal Studios Florida experience without leaving home. The site also allows guests to plan trips, get special discounts, get directions and other information.

They Bought It

    Within hours of going live, the Universal site received four online orders for family vacation packages.

    Universal’s Web site continues to generate more than 100,000 hits per month.
